In order to study the fast filling problem of the type III on-board hydrogen tank, a 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation model is proposed. Several simulation calculations are completed to simulate the fast filling process under different initial conditions. In order to control the temperature rise during the fast filling process, the effects of different mass flow rates are studied. Based on the control of mass flow rate, various time-delayed filling strategies for different conditions are proposed to meet the requirement of shortening the filling time as much as possible without exceeding the maximum temperature limit. It is found that if the delay duration is determined, how the filling time is allocated has little effect on the final temperature rise. The proposed strategy can complete the filling within 155s in a general environment, which saves 62% of the time compared with the filling with constant mass flow rate. This research provides the theoretical basis and technical support for mass flow control strategies of fast filling in the hydrogen refueling stations and has guiding significance for the actual filling process of large-capacity hydrogen tanks. 相似文献

The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the hydrogen injection strategy on the combustion performance of a natural gas/hydrogen rotary engine. Considering that apex seal leakage (ASL) is an inevitable problem in the actual working process of a rotary engine, the action of ASL cannot be ignored for an in-depth study of its combustion performance. Therefore, in this paper, a 3D dynamic simulation model that put the effect of ASL into consideration was established. Furthermore, based on the established 3D model, the combustion process of a natural gas/hydrogen rotary engine under various hydrogen injection angle (HIA) and hydrogen injection timing (HIT) was investigated. The results indicated that the hydrogen jet flow first impacted on the rotor wall after entering the cylinder, and then diffused under the action of the vortexes in the cylinder. Therefore, the HIA and HIT could change the hydrogen distribution by changing the hydrogen impact location and the intensities of the vortexes in the cylinder. In addition, the ideal hydrogen distribution at the ignition timing which could improve the combustion efficiency was given. That is, under the premise of ensuring minimized hydrogen leakage, the hydrogen should mainly distribute in the middle and the front of the cylinder, and a high hydrogen concentration is maintained near the spark plug. 相似文献

The exploration of efficient, low-cost and earth-abundant oxygen-evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalysts and the understanding of the intrinsic mechanism are important to advance the clean energy conversion technique based on electrochemical water oxidation. In this work, Fe-doping Co3N catalysts were successfully synthesized by a simple nitridation reaction of the Co3-xFexO4 precursor. This material exhibited a low overpotential of 294 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm?2, and a small Tafel slope of 49 mV dec?1 in 1 M KOH solution, superior to the performance of Co3N and IrO2. As revealed by the spectroscopic and electrochemical analyses, the enhanced OER performance mainly originates from the electronic modulation induced by the incorporation of Fe into Co3N, benefitting the formation of CoOOH as active surface species and thus facilitating the OER process. These findings also demonstrate the introduction of heterogeneous element is a simple and effective strategy to regulate the OER property of the cobalt nitrides (Co3N) catalysts. 相似文献

A lightweight type 4 vessel with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) liner is analyzed. The derived heat transfer coefficients between the gas and wall are applied, and a parametric study is performed. An optimized charging strategy is also developed. Firstly, when the injected hydrogen temperature decreases, the charging time increases, and the charged gas temperature decreases. Secondly, the higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the charging time, and the higher the charged gas temperature. Thirdly, the larger the mass flow rate, the shorter the charging time, and the higher charged gas temperature. Fourthly, as the initial pressure inside the vessel increases, the charging time shortens, and the charged gas temperature decreases. Fifthly, using the formulated charging strategy, during summer, the charged gas temperature decreases by approximately 9 °C. In winter, the charging time is reduced by approximately 58 s. 针对常见泥石流防治结构被冲击破坏的问题,基于“柔性消能”理念,结合张弦梁结构和竖向预应力锚杆技术,提出一种既能改善结构受力性能、增加结构整体抗冲击能力、保证结构安全可靠,又能减小结构构件截面尺寸、节约成本、便于现场施工组装和后期运营维护的新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝,并阐述其技术原理。根据泥石流荷载分布和新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的受力特征,给出其简化的内力计算方法;并利用SAP2000建立新结构有限元模型,分析了结构的整体受力,验证了构件简化计算方法的合理性;结合Python语言和Qt De? signer软件开发了相应的设计计算软件,对新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的内力进行求解。结果表明:提出的新结构抗冲击性能好,构件受力均匀;以后设计中应关注竖杆的剪切脆性破坏和立柱偏心受力情况,保证结构安全;变形协调仅使底层张弦梁与竖杆内力偏大,实际工程应用时,应着重验算底层构件,防止其破坏;文中提出的简化计算方法能较准确的反映结构的受力特性,具有一定的合理性,研究可为新型地锚张弦梁式泥石流格栅坝的设计计算和推广应用提供理论依据和技术支持。 相似文献

In this paper, we present a new bilevel model for a biomedical supply chain network with capacity and budget constraint due to the protection and interdiction operations. The components considered in this model are biomedical devices, distribution centers (DCs), medical suppliers (MSs), and hospitals and patients as the demand points. On the other hand, two levels of decisions in the network planning is suggested: (1) the defender’s decision about protection operations of MSs and DCs, the assignment of clients to the DCs, and quantity of products shipped to DCs from MSs to minimize the demand-weighted traveling costs and transport costs and (2) the attacker’s decision about interdiction operations of MSs and DCs to maximize the capacity or service reduction and losses. Because of nondeterministic polynomial time (NP)-hardness of the problem under consideration, an efficient and fast approach based on a genetic algorithm and a fast branch and cut method (GA–FBC) was developed to solve the proposed model. Also, the efficiency via the comparison of results with the genetic algorithm based on CPLEX (GA-CPLEX) and decomposition method (DM) is investigated. In order to assess the performance of the presented GA–FBC, a set of 27 instances of the problem is used. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the proposed approach significantly solves the problem. In addition, the benefits and advantages of preference with running times and its accuracy is shown numerically. Simulation results clearly demonstrate that the defender’s objective effectively reduced and CPU time also within the large-sized instances of the problem in comparison with the GA-CPLEX and DM. 相似文献

The Turkish contracting sector has an enviable reputation for operating in high-risk international markets. The sector’s ability to respond to market instability could meaningfully be construed as sectoral-level capability. We aim to demonstrate how history can be mobilised in a formalised “strategy text” to create a strategic narrative on the sectoral level. The Geography of Contractors as published by the Turkish Contractors Association (TCA) ostensively portrays the strategic development of Turkish international contractors over four decades. Such quasi-historical narratives are routinely mobilised for the purposes of creating a shared memory on the sectoral level. The chosen strategy text draws from multiple narrative fragments derived from past experience to generate a strategic agenda for the future. The representation given to multiple voices reflects the pluralistic nature of strategy making praxis. The overarching strategy narrative reflects a performative intent in legitimising some practices whilst discrediting others. Narrative analysis demonstrates the way in which actors, actions and events are positioned within a plot structure, with direct implications for the enactment of future strategic practices. The findings suggest that strategic actions can only ever be identified in retrospect and that such arguments are always made with an eye on the future. 相似文献

A novel couple-based particle swarm optimization (CPSO) is presented in this paper, and applied to solve the short-term hydrothermal scheduling (STHS) problem. In CPSO, three improvements are proposed compared to the canonical particle swarm optimization, aimed at overcoming the premature convergence problem. Dynamic particle couples, a unique sub-group structure in maintaining population diversity, is adopted as the population topology, in which every two particles compose a particle couple randomly in each iteration. Based on this topology, an intersectional learning strategy using the partner learning information of last iteration is employed in every particle couple, which can automatically reveal useful history information and reduce the overly rapid evolution speed. Meanwhile, the coefficients of each particle in a particle couple are set as distinct so that the particle movement patterns can be described and controlled more precisely. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed CPSO, the algorithm is firstly tested with four multimodal benchmark functions, and then applied to solve an engineering multimodal problem known as STHS, in which two typical test systems with four different cases are tested, and the results are compared with those of other evolutionary methods published in the literature. 相似文献
